Interstates Companies is currently seeking an experienced Project Management professional to lead project management initiatives, indentify obstacles, and find collaborative ways to increase value in the project delivery process. Major Performance Objectives: A strong predictor of success for a Project Manager requires proven performance leadership, change management, gap analysis, and group collaboration.
Responsibilities: Lead team collaboration and motivation: understand business expectations and set project goals Build strong sound teamwork with in multiple electrical specialties. (construction, engineering, automation, and instrumentation) Facilitate project decisions and recommendation that have an impact on extensive construction projects. Direct the communication methods between clients during and after the duration of projects. Use project systems to plan and deliver project successfully Change Management: identify gaps in process or systems and initiate a plan of improvement

Requirements:
Requirements: 7+ yrs of experience in Project Management -- $10M-$20M electrical projects (including jobsite and installation experience) Desired certification/credentials: PMP or DBIA Leadership experience in a Engineer, Procure, Construct (Industrial DB) or Design-Build environment Experience and/or knowledge in CAD, BIM, Lean Construction/Productivity, PDRI - Project Definition Planning Index Project Management experience with a focus in leading and developing integrated resources. BS Degree (Construction Management or Electrical Engineering Preferred)
